What a novelty eh? Hello from my Hackney sickbed. Cursed mobile technology now prevents me from having a legitimate sick day, but even a spot of gastro-enteritis can't keep me away from beatbullying.

Despite the astonishing fatigue, it has been a whirlwind of media activity today. In John’s absence, it looks like I may be going onto This Morning on Thursday. Working on a very sensitive piece for the Guardian, not much more I can say about that at the moment, also working on another sensitive piece for the Press Association, again, not much I can say. After my debut conference experience last month I’ve been invited to speak at another in two weeks, the content for which I will be endlessly tweaking and re-tweaking all week.

The Comms team have been working like troopers in the run up to Anti Bullying Week. Getting case studies in the bag and selling them into media. We have some crackers lined up, brilliant people with powerful stories who have overcome the most adverse odds. Our case studies inspire me everyday!

Happy to say that fundraising are all in place now in our new spot - more space and less clutter- dirty fingernails and dusty hair to boot! - oh Anne Maurice would be perleased. Lynn has taken on the role of scientist with her very professional looking toolkit to do the phones..hopefully be online soon.
